What We Are
East of the Rockies (EOTR) is a community-driven jam band from the Twin Cities. We blend fiddle, mandolin, guitar, bass, and keys into spontaneous music inspired by the jams and musicians we surround ourselves with.
We're not just musicians — we're connectors.
Our roots are in the jam community itself.
Our Sound
We call it Chill Grass — bluegrass, folk, and Americana with an improvisational groove. Always evolving, always collaborative.
Where You Can Find Us
We regularly attend, host, and support jam sessions all over the metro, including:
- Local bluegrass jams
- Neighborhood house jams
- Brewery open-mic/jam nights
- Community folk circles
- Private porch sessions
